Thank you for choosing Kerala Wedding Photography (www.keralawedding.co.in) for capturing the beautiful moments of your special day.

Kindly read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing our services.
 

1. Booking and Payment:

  • To secure our services for your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee of 15% of the total package cost is required.

  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or online payment through our website.
     

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of cancellation by the client, the booking fee is non-refundable.
     

3. Coverage and Services:

  • Kerala Wedding Photography will provide photography and videography services as outlined in the selected package.

  • The number of photographers and videographers provided will depend on the package chosen.

  • The coverage duration will be as per the agreed-upon schedule.
     

4. Client Cooperation:

  • The client agrees to provide necessary cooperation to the photographer(s) for the smooth execution of services.

  • Any changes to the schedule or locations must be communicated to Kerala Wedding Photography in advance.
     

5. Image Delivery:

  • Edited high-resolution images and videos will be delivered within 24 hours after the event.

  • Images will be provided in digital format via online gallery.
     

6. Copyright and Usage:

  • Kerala Wedding Photography retains the copyright to all images and videos captured during the event.

  • The client is granted personal usage rights to the images and videos.
     

7. Travel and Accommodation:

  • Travel and accommodation expenses for events outside Kerala will be borne by the client.
     

8. Liability:

  • Kerala Wedding Photography will not be liable for any delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, equipment failure, or illness.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
     

9. Privacy Policy:

  • Kerala Wedding Photography respects the privacy of our clients and will not share personal information or images/videos with third parties without consent.

  • Images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media platforms unless otherwise specified by the client.
